We had a great fall weekend full of football, beautiful leaves, sunny weather and shooting at family members with paintballs!
Fall photos
It was beautiful outside Saturday afternoon, and the autumn leaves are looking great, so I decided we needed some fall photos of Mackenzie. Fall leaves and pumpkins are some of my favorites! We stopped by a local park to catch the fall colors as a backdrop. Mackenzie was not too happy with us, so it was a short trip, but we managed to get a few cute photos. A couple of them are below.
Saturday morning football
Before the fall photoshoot Saturday, Mackenzie and I caught a couple peewee football games. She got to meet one of my dear friends Sarah at the first game while we watched Sarah’s son play on his team of fellow six-year-olds. Then Mackenzie and I stayed to see my friend Lisa’s son Noah play on his sixth-grade team. It was a perfectly beautiful fall Saturday morning. Good thing Mackenzie had friends to hold her and hang out with while we watched the games because I don’t think she appreciates all that football has to offer yet.
Paintball!
Sunday we had a family paintball adventure with my Mom and stepdad Jim and siblings Linda, Elizabeth, Jeff and Taylor along with our significant others. Mackenzie decided to sit this one out. She got to stay at Grandma and Grandpa Hill’s house with a family friend and her Great Grandma Cannon. We all enjoyed ourselves and the BBQ that followed and shared our war stories and battle wounds from the day . What a fun fall weekend!
